Madeline co-founded Meadow Skyy Premier Institute with a singular vision: to create the kind of clinical education she wished had existed when she was starting out. With over a decade of experience in aesthetic nursing and a reputation for meticulous technique, she brings both artistry and clinical rigor to every course she teaches. Madeline is known for her patient-centered philosophy and her ability to make complex anatomy approachable for nurses at every stage of their career.

Ali Wyse, MSN, RN, CNOR
Teaching is about more than mastering technique. It's about developing the clinical insight, compassion, and confidence to care for the person behind every treatment.
Ali Wyse, MSN, RN, brings a strong clinical foundation in nursing, infusion therapy, and perioperative care to Meadow Skyy Premier Institute. With a Master of Science in Nursing and an extensive operating room background, she has developed a highly disciplined approach to patient safety, sterile technique, assessment, preparation, and clinical decision-making. Her primary area of expertise within the institute is IV therapy education, where she helps nurses build confidence in infusion safety, patient screening, treatment preparation, venous access, and complication awareness. Ali's goal is to help clinicians understand not only how to perform IV therapy, but how to approach each patient and treatment with sound clinical judgment. Her surgical and nursing experience also contributes to the institute's broader emphasis on safety, anatomy, and responsible clinical practice.
